The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed deep grief over the demise of Telugu, Sanskrit scholar, Shri Kandlakunta Alaha Singaracharyulu.

In a series of tweets, Prime Minister’s Office said;

“శ్రీ కండ్లకుంట అళహ సింగరాచార్యులు గారి మృతి నన్ను చాలా బాధించింది. సంస్కృత తెలుగు భాషల పట్ల వారికున్న మక్కువ వారి రచనల్లో ప్రతిబింబించేది. వారి అపార జ్ఞానసంపదకు వారు చాలా గౌరవించబడ్డారు. వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు శ్రేయోభిలాషులకు నా సంతాపాన్ని తెలియజేస్తున్నాను. ఓం శాంతి: PM @narendramodi”

“Pained by the passing away of Shri Kandlakunta Alaha Singaracharyulu Garu. His passion towards Sanskrit and Telugu was reflected in his works. He was greatly respected for his knowledge and wisdom. My thoughts are with his family and well-wishers. Om Shanti: PM @narendramodi”

The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi greeted everyone today on the occasion of National Science Day. He wrote in a post on X:

“Greetings on National Science Day to those passionate about science, particularly our young innovators. Let’s keep popularising science and innovation and leveraging science to build a Viksit Bharat.

During this month’s #MannKiBaat, had talked about ‘One Day as a Scientist’…where the youth take part in some or the other scientific activity.”
