Despite being the Prime Minister of the country, Shri Narendra Modi has always been a paragon of simplicity and has been like a common citizen of India.
One such example of his simplicity is seen when he undertakes metro journeys.
It is not uncommon to see the Prime Minister sitting in one of the metro coaches, happily chatting with fellow passengers, while travelling for various programmes, particularly in the Delhi-NCR region.
PM Modi has undertaken metro journeys multiple times. His metro journeys are characterised by a lot of enthusiasm as people are coming to take photographs, selfies and wanting to talk to the Prime Minister. People from all sections of society and across all age groups also wish him good luck for the progress the country has undertaken.
