مورخہ 8 مارچ کو وزیر اعظم آسام کا دورہ کریں گے۔ 9 مارچ کو، صبح تقریباً پونے چھ بجے، وزیر اعظم کازی رنگا نیشنل پارک کا دورہ کریں گے۔ صبح ساڑھے دس بجے، ایٹا نگر میں، وہ ‘وکست بھارت وکست شمال مشرق’ پروگرام میں شرکت کریں گے، جہاں وہ سیلا ٹنل کو قوم کے نام وقف کریں گے اور تقریباً 10000 کروڑ روپے مالیت کی اُنّتی اسکیم کا آغاز کریں گے۔ پروگرام کے دوران، وہ منی پور، میگھالیہ، ناگالینڈ، سکم، تریپورہ اور اروناچل پردیش میں تقریباً 55600 کروڑ روپے کے متعدد ترقیاتی منصوبوں کا افتتاح کریں گے،قوم کے نام وقف کریں گے اور سنگ بنیاد بھی رکھیں گے۔ اس کے بعد وزیر اعظم تقریباً سوا بارہ بجے، جورہاٹ پہنچیں گے اور مشہور آہوم جنرل لچت بورفوکن کے شاندار مجسمے کی نقاب کشائی کریں گے۔ وہ جورہاٹ میں ایک عوامی پروگرام میں بھی شرکت کریں گے اور آسام میں 17500 کروڑ روپے مالیت سے زیادہ کے متعدد ترقیاتی پروجیکٹوں کا افتتاح کریں گے،قوم کے نام وقف کریں گے اور سنگ بنیاد رکھیں گے۔
