The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today attended the Convocation of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology in Jammu. At another event, he also laid the Foundation Stone of the Pakaldul Power Project, and Jammu Ring Road.
