Teachers are exceptional guides and mentors: PM Modi

Greeting the teaching community on Teachers’ Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “Teachers are exceptional guides and mentors, who play prominent roles in the lives of their students.” He urged the teachers to explain to the students the harm caused to our environment by single-use plastic and advice them to shun it.

शिक्षक दिवस पर शिक्षक समुदाय को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा, "शिक्षक मार्गदर्शक और संरक्षक भी होते हैं, जो अपने छात्रों के जीवन में अहम भूमिका निभाते हैं।" पीएम मोदी ने शिक्षकों से छात्रोॆं को सिंगल यूज़ प्लास्टिक के उपयोग से पर्यावरण को होने वाले नुकसान के बारे में समझाने और इसका उपयोग न करने की सलाह देंने का आग्रह किया।

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has highlighted the remarkable progress in expanding Metro connectivity across India and its pivotal role in transforming urban transport and improving the ‘Ease of Living’ for millions of citizens.

MyGov posted on X threads about India’s Metro revolution on which PM Modi replied and said;

“Over the last decade, extensive work has been done in boosting metro connectivity, thus strengthening urban transport and enhancing ‘Ease of Living.’ #MetroRevolutionInIndia”
