On 23rd October 2013, Shri Narendra Modi launched Gujarat Deepotsavi -2069 published by the Gujarat Information Department. Shri Modi also unveiled a special edition of the Pro-People Development Initiatives of Gujarat in the last 12 years.

Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Shri G C Murmu , Information Commissioner Shri Bhagyesh Jha and Shri Pulkit Trivedi were present at the occasion. Shri Modi congratulated the Information Department for the publications.

Deepotsavi-2069 edition includes articles on various themes, essays, poems, plays and other literary works. Deepotsavi has been recognized as a reputed publication among various scholars and thinkers.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has called upon everyone to make meditation a part of their daily lives on World Meditation Day, today. Prime Minister Shri Modi remarked that Meditation is a powerful way to bring peace and harmony to one’s life, as well as to our society and planet.

In a post on X, he wrote:

"Today, on World Meditation Day, I call upon everyone to make meditation a part of their daily lives and experience its transformative potential. Meditation is a powerful way to bring peace and harmony to one’s life, as well as to our society and planet. In the age of technology, Apps and guided videos can be valuable tools to help incorporate meditation into our routines.”
