రష్యాలో భారతీయ సముదాయాన్ని ఉద్దేశించి ప్రసంగించిన ప్రధాన మంత్రి

ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ ఈ రోజున రష్యాలోని మాస్కోలో జరిగిన ఒక కార్యక్రమంలో భారతీయ సముదాయానికి చెందిన వారితో మాటామంతీ జరిపారు.  ప్రవాసి భారతీయులు ప్రధాన మంత్రికి స్నేహభరితంగాను, ఉత్సాహపూర్వకంగాను స్వాగతం పలికారు.

సముదాయాన్ని ఉద్దేశించి ప్రధాన మంత్రి ప్రసంగిస్తూ, తనకు సాదరంగా స్వాగతం పలికిన భారతీయ ప్రవాసులకు ధన్యవాదాలను వ్యక్తం చేశారు.  భారతదేశం-రష్యా సంబంధాలను పెంపొందింపచేయడంలో వారు అందిస్తున్న తోడ్పాటును ప్రధాన మంత్రి ప్రశంసించారు.  140 కోట్ల మంది భారతీయుల పక్షాన ప్రధాన మంత్రి భారతీయ సముదాయం సభ్యులకు శుభాకాంక్షలను తెలియజేస్తూ, వారితో సంభాషణ ప్రత్యేకమైందని ఆయన అన్నారు. దీనికి కారణం ఇది చరిత్రాత్మకమైన తన మూడో పదవీకాలంలో భారతీయ ప్రవాసులను ఉద్దేశించి తాను చేస్తున్న మొదటి ప్రసంగం కావడమే అని ఆయన అన్నారు.

గత పది సంవత్సరాలలో భారతదేశంలో చోటు చేసుకొన్న ప్రత్యక్ష మార్పు ను గురించి ప్రధాన మంత్రి మాట్లాడారు.  ఇది భారతీయులు అందరికీ ఎంతో గర్వకారణమైన విషయం అని ఆయన అన్నారు.  తన మూడో పదవీకాలంలో ప్రపంచంలో మూడో అతిపెద్ద ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థగా భారతదేశం మారాలి అన్నదే ప్రభుత్వ ధ్యేయమని ఆయన అన్నారు.  భారతదేశం ఆర్థిక వృద్ధి, ప్రపంచ వృద్ధికి చెప్పుకోదగినంతగా దోహదం చేసింది అని ప్రధాన మంత్రి అన్నారు.  భారతదేశం డిజిటల్ రంగంలో, ఫిన్ టెక్ రంగంలో సఫలం కావడాన్ని గురించి; హరిత రంగంలో పలు అభివృద్ధి సంబంధ కార్యసాధనలను భారతదేశం నమోదు చేయడాన్ని గురించి; భారతదేశం అమలు చేస్తున్న సామాజిక-ఆర్థిక కార్యక్రమాలు సామాన్య ప్రజానీకం సాధికారిత పై ప్రభావాన్ని కలుగజేయడాన్ని గురించి ప్రధాన మంత్రి మాట్లాడారు.  140 కోట్ల మంది భారతీయులు చాటిచెప్పిన అంకితభావం, నిబద్ధత, తోడ్పాటుల వల్ల భారతదేశం లో పరివర్తనాత్మకమైన సాఫల్యం సాధ్యపడింది, భారతదేశాన్ని అభివృద్ధి చెందిన దేశంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలి అని భారతీయులలో ప్రతి ఒక్కరు ప్రస్తుతం కలలు కంటున్నారని ప్రధాన మంత్రి స్పష్టం చేశారు.  వాతావరణ మార్పును ఎదుర్కోవడం మొదలుకొని స్థిర అభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యాలను సాధించడం వరకు చూసుకొన్నట్లయితే భారతదేశం తన నిబద్ధత పూర్వకమైన ప్రయత్నాల ద్వారా ప్రపంచ సౌభాగ్యానికి ముఖ్యమైన తోడ్పాటును అందిస్తూ, ‘విశ్వబంధు’ (ప్రపంచానికి మిత్రుడు)గా నిలుస్తోంది అని ఆయన అన్నారు. ప్రపంచ సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించడం కోసం శాంతి, సంభాషణ, దౌత్యం అనే మార్గాలను అనుసరించాలంటూ భారతదేశం ఇచ్చిన పిలుపునకు ప్రశంసలు దక్కాయని కూడా ఆయన అన్నారు.

రష్యా తో ఒక సుదృఢమైన, ప్రగాఢమైన భాగస్వామ్యాన్ని నెలకొల్పుకోవడంలో ఒక క్రియాత్మకమైన పాత్రను పోషించడాన్ని కొనసాగించవలసిందని భారతీయ సముదాయానికి ప్రధాన మంత్రి సూచిస్తూ, వారిని ఉత్సాహపరిచారు.  కజాన్ లో, ఎకాటెరిన్ బర్గ్ లో రెండు కొత్త భారతీయ వాణిజ్య దూత కార్యాలయాలను ప్రారంభించాలని నిర్ణయించడమైందని, వీటి ద్వారా రెండు దేశాల ప్రజల మధ్య సంబంధాలు మరింత పెంపొందుతాయని ఆయన అన్నారు.  ఈ సంగతి ని ఆయన వెల్లడించడం తోనే సభికులు పెద్ద గా చప్పట్లు చరుస్తూ వారి సంతోషాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేశారు.  దేశం లో భారతీయ సాంస్కృతిక సంప్రదాయాలను పెంచిపోషిస్తున్నందుకు, రష్యా ప్రజల తో చైతన్యభరితమైన సంబంధాలను నెరపుతున్నందుకు భారతీయ సముదాయాన్ని ప్రధాన మంత్రి ప్రశంసించారు.
