Hon'ble CM to hand over Consumers’ Affairs Working Group’s report to PM on Wednesday

Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi, being the chairman of Consumers' Affairs Core Group, will hand over his report to the Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh, Wednesday evening at New Delhi.

Prime Minister had formed the Consumers' Affairs Working Group on April 8, 2010, in the chairmanship of Gujarat Chief Minister, in the context of price-rise menace. The report will be handed over in the presence of the Chief Ministers of Maharashtra, Andhrapradesh and Tamilnadu, who are also the members of the core group.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled the passing away of Shri MT Vasudevan Nair Ji, one of the most respected figures in Malayalam cinema and literature. Prime Minister Shri Modi remarked that Shri MT Vasudevan Nair Ji's works, with their profound exploration of human emotions, have shaped generations and will continue to inspire many more.
