Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the News 9 Global Summit in New Delhi today. The theme of the Summit is ‘India: Poised for the Big Leap’. Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister said TV 9’s reporting team represents the persity of India. Their multi-language news platforms made TV 9 a representative of India's vibrant democracy, the Prime Minister said. ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ న్యూఢిల్లీలో ఇవాళ ‘న్యూస్9 ప్రపంచ సదస్సు’లో ప్రసంగించారు. ఈ మేరకు ‘‘భారత్: భారీ ముందంజకు సిద్ధం’’ ఇతివృత్తంగా నిర్వహించిన ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మాట్లాడుతూ- టీవీ9 పత్రికా విలేకరుల బృందం భారతదేశ వైవిధ్యాన్ని ప్రస్ఫుటం చేస్తున్నదని ప్రధాని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఆ సంస్థ నడుపుతున్న బహుభాషా వార్తావేదికలు ‘టీవీ9’ను సచేతన భారత ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికి ప్రతినిధిగా నిలుపుతున్నాయని ఆయన కొనియాడారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా సదస్సు ఇతివృత్తం ‘‘భారత్: భారీ ముందంజకు సిద్ధం’’ను ప్రస్తావిస్తూ- అనురక్తి, ఉత్సాహం ఉప్పొంగుతున్నపుడు ఎంత భారీ స్థాయిలోనైనా దూసుకెళ్లడం సాధ్యమేనని ప్రధాని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఇందుకు తగిన ప్రయోగవేదికను 10 సంవత్సరాల కృషితో సిద్ధం చేశామని, ఈ దిశగా భారత్ ఆత్మవిశ్వాసం, ఆకాంక్షలను ప్రస్తుత సదస్సు ఇతివృత్తం కూడా ప్రతిబింబిస్తున్నదని ఆయన వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. గడచిన పదేళ్లలో దేశ పరివర్తనాత్మకతకు ఆలోచన ధోరణి, ఆత్మవిశ్వాసం, సుపరిపాలన మూల సూత్రాలుగా ఉన్నాయని ప్రధాని పేర్కొన్నారు.
