రష్యన్ ఫెడరేషన్ అధ్యక్షుడు, శ్రేష్ఠుడు శ్రీ వ్లాదిమీర్ పుతిన్ క్రెమ్లిన్ లోని సెంట్ ఆండ్రూ హాల్ లో ఒక ప్రత్యేక కార్యక్రమం లో ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ కి రష్యా అత్యున్నత జాతీయ పురస్కారం ‘‘ది ఆర్డర్ ఆఫ్ సెంట్ ఆండ్రూ ది అపోసల్’’ను ప్రదానం చేశారు. భారతదేశం-రష్యా సంబంధాలను పెంపొందింపచేయడంలో శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ అందించిన సేవలకు గాను ఈ పురస్కారంతో ఆయనకు సత్కరించడం జరిగింది. ఈ పురస్కారాన్ని 2019లో ప్రకటించారు.List of Highest Civilian Honours and International Awards Bestowed on PM Modi
