At a public meeting in Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh PM Modi said that the state government must let people know about the progress made in last five years. He alleged that due to elections, UP government inaugurated incomplete construction work of Lucknow metro. He also accused the UP government of inaugurating a hospital where medication facilities and doctors are not available.
