PM Modi unveiled the statue of Deendayal Upadhyaya in Varanasi. He flagged off the third corporate train Mahakaal Express which links 3 Jyotirling Pilgrim Centres – Varanasi, Ujjain and Omkareshwar. The PM also inaugurated 36 development projects and laid foundation stone for 14 new projects.

ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ న‌రేంద్ర మోదీ వారాణ‌సీ లో దీన్ ద‌యాళ్ ఉపాధ్యాయ గారి విగ్ర‌హాన్ని ఆవిష్క‌రించారు. అలాగే దీన్‌ ద‌యాళ్ ఉపాధ్యాయ స్మార‌క కేంద్రాన్ని దేశ ప్ర‌జ‌ల కు అంకితం చేశారు. మూడు జ్యోతిర్లింగ యాత్రా స్థ‌లాలు వారాణ‌సీ ని, ఉజ్ై పన్ ను, ఓంకారేశ్వ‌ర్ ను క‌లుపుతూ ప్రయాణించే మూడో కార్పొరేట్ రైలు అయిన ‘మ‌హాకాల్ ఎక్స్ ప్రెస్’కు ప్రారంభ సూచ‌క జెండా ను చూపారు. 430 ప‌డ‌క‌ల తో సూప‌ర్ స్పెశల్టి గ‌వ‌ర్న‌మెంట్ హాస్పిట‌ల్ తో స‌హా అభివృద్ధి ప్ర‌ధాన‌ ప‌థ‌కాలు ముప్ఫైఆరిటి ని ఆయ‌న ప్రారంభించారు. మరో 14 అభివృద్ధి ప్ర‌ధాన‌ ప‌థ‌కాల కు శంకుస్థాపన లు చేశారు.

PM Modi took part in the closing ceremony of centenary celebrations of Shri Jagadguru Vishwaradhya Gurukul in Varanasi. Addressing the gathering, PM Modi said, Country is not formed by governments alone. What is also important is fulfilling our duties as citizens...Our conduct as citizens will determine the future of India, it will decide the direction of new India.
