జలవాయు అనుకూల సాంకేతికతల పట్ల చైనత్యాన్ని పెంచే ప్రయాస లో భాగం గా ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ సెప్టెంబర్ 28న ఉదయం 11 గంటల కు వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ మాధ్యమం ద్వారా దేశ వ్యాప్తం గా ఐసిఎఆర్ కు చెందిన అన్ని ఇన్స్ టిట్యూట్ లలో, రాష్ట్రాల లోని మరియు కేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయ విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల లో, కృషి విజ్ఞాన కేంద్రాల (కెవికెస్) లో నిర్వహించే ఒక అఖిల బారతీయ కార్యక్రమం లో ప్రత్యేక లక్షణలు గల 35 రకాల పంటల ను దేశానికి సమర్పణం చేయనున్నారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమం సాగే క్రమం లో ప్రధాన మంత్రి నేశనల్ ఇన్స్ టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ బయొటిక్ స్ట్రేస్ మేనేజ్ మెంట్, రాయ్ పుర్ లో కొత్త కేంపస్ ను కూడా దేశానికి అంకితం చేస్తారు.
