டி20 உலகக் கோப்பையை வென்ற இந்திய கிரிக்கெட் அணிக்கு பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி வாழ்த்து தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
இது சம்பந்தமாக அவர் வெளியிட்டுள்ள காணொலி ஒன்றில், அணியின் சாதனையால் நாட்டு மக்கள் அனைவரும் பெருமிதம் கொள்வதுடன், அதன் செயல்திறனைப் பாராட்டுகிறது என்றும், ஒவ்வொரு போட்டியையும் அணியினர் வென்றதன் மூலம் இந்தப் போட்டியை இன்னும் முக்கியமானதாக்கினர் என்று கூறினார்.
