Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed large and spirited public meetings in Barabanki, Fatehpur, & Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh, underscoring the importance of the ongoing elections. He emphasized the need for a decisive mandate for the BJP to continue its development and reform agenda. Highlighting his government's achievements and the stark contrasts with opposition parties, PM Modi sought the blessings and support of the people of Barabanki and Mohanlalganj.

“I will repay this debt by working even harder,” declared PM Modi, emphasizing his unwavering commitment to the nation. He stated that the entire country and the world are aware that the Modi government is on the brink of a historic hat-trick, ready to undertake significant decisions for the poor, youth, and women in the new term.

PM Modi contrasted the BJP-NDA's dedication to national interests with the fragmented opposition, referred to as the Indi alliance. "As the election progresses, these Indi people have started to scatter like a deck of cards," he remarked. He pointed out the internal discord within the opposition, highlighting their lack of unified vision and leadership.

Emphasizing the importance of strong local representation, PM Modi urged the people to elect BJP candidates. “A BJP MP will bring more schemes from Delhi for you. A BJP MP will work more for the development here,” he said. He criticized the opposition MPs, accusing them of spending their time criticizing him rather than focusing on development.

“A weak government, it's here today, gone tomorrow,” PM Modi stated, emphasizing the need for a robust government to ensure rapid development. He likened the need for a strong government to using a powerful engine to achieve high speeds, asserting that only a BJP government could deliver the required pace of development.

PM Modi spoke about the cultural significance of the region, noting the historical connection of Barabanki residents who walked to Ayodhya with Ram-inscribed bricks. “When people saw their Ram in a tent, tears would come,” he recalled, celebrating the progress made under his government, which led to the construction of the Ram Temple.

PM Modi was critical of the SP and Congress, accusing them of prioritizing vote bank politics over constitutional principles. He recalled attempts by these parties to introduce religion-based reservations and highlighted their inconsistent stances on the Ram Temple and other issues. “For SP and Congress, nothing is more important than their vote bank,” he asserted, accusing them of spreading falsehoods about his government.

Highlighting the achievements of his government, PM Modi pointed out the benefits provided without discrimination, such as free grains, medical treatment, housing, and affordable cylinders. He lauded the efforts of local farmers and the inclusion of Barabanki's famous ‘gamcha’ in the ‘One District One Product’ scheme.

PM Modi spoke about various development initiatives, including the Ramayana Circuit and the Mahadev Corridor, to promote tourism and preserve cultural heritage. He also emphasized the economic potential of local agricultural produce like mint, calling for establishing related processing industries.

Addressing his second public meeting in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, PM Modi noted the overwhelming support from the people of Fatehpur and predicted a clear victory on June 4th. He stated, "This massive crowd in Fatehpur is telling a lot. Your affection and blessings are saying. Who will be victorious on June 4th, and who is going to fail.”

PM Modi criticized the INDI alliance, claiming that they have already been defeated in the first four phases of the elections. "The people have already knocked out the INDI alliance in these four phases. The entire Bhanuvati clan has started to scatter. They have surrendered. They don't even want to put in any effort in the remaining elections," he remarked.

He also highlighted Congress's attempt to salvage their position with "Mission-50," aiming to secure 50 seats nationwide but doubted their success, saying, "How far will a vehicle with a punctured tire from day one go? One day or another, it had to collapse, and it has collapsed now."

Highlighting Congress’ dirty politics and their support to terrorism, PM Modi said, “These people can cross any limit for appeasement. Congress used to nourish the group of separatists in Kashmir. Pakistan attacked our country. The Congress government gave them a clean chit. Who did these people accuse of terrorism? They fabricated a new lie in the name of saffron terrorism.”

“And what were the conditions in UP? The SP government used to pamper rioters. Rioters used to go to meet the Chief Minister by helicopter. The government used to withdraw cases against those accused of terrorism. Today, these people are again spreading poison to divide society,” he added.

PM Modi outlined the significant developments under the BJP government in Uttar Pradesh, particularly in infrastructure and welfare schemes. "Yogi Ji has made UP a topper in development. Today, UP is at the top among states with the most expressways, the most airports, and metro services in seven cities," he highlighted.

He also mentioned the successful implementation of the PM Awas Yojana, stating, "Since 2017, houses under the PM Awas Yojana-Urban started being built rapidly in UP. So far, the BJP government has built 1.5 lakh houses in cities and 3.5 lakh houses in villages and give them to the poor."

Emphasizing the importance of the ongoing elections, PM Modi urged the people to vote on May 20th to ensure continued development in Uttar Pradesh. "Your one vote on May 20th will decide the future of the country. For all of Modi's guarantees for UP's development to be fulfilled, I need your blessings," he said.

During his third public meeting in Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh, PM Modi delivered a powerful speech, emphasizing the development and transformation of Bundelkhand under the BJP government. The Prime Minister highlighted the government's achievements and laid out his vision for the future of the region.

He praised the people of Bundelkhand for always being at the forefront of national interest, stating, "The people of Bundelkhand are always at the forefront of national interest. Anyone who wants to know the result of June 4th should see this scene in Bundelkhand. Bundelkhand is saying, Phir Ek Baar, Modi Sarkar!"

PM Modi paid tribute to Swami Brahmanand Ji, recognizing him as a great warrior and national saint. "During the Amrit Mahotsav, we remembered him. Our government has documented his contributions in history. But previous governments never allowed him to receive any respect," he remarked, criticizing the past administrations for neglecting such eminent figures.

The Prime Minister warned against the SP-Congress alliance, accusing them of only seeking votes and distributing benefits to their vote bank. "Today I have come to warn you against the SP-Congress alliance. SP-Congress only seeks your votes. But when they come to power, who do they distribute benefits to? To those who wage vote jihad for them?" he asserted.

PM Modi reaffirmed his commitment to the rights of Dalits and backward classes. He criticized Congress for attempting to change the Constitution to give a portion of SC, ST, and OBC reservations to Muslims. "Dr. Ambedkar was against reservations based on religion. But where there is a Congress government, they reduce the reservation for Dalits and backward classes and give it to Muslims," he stated.

Highlighting the achievements of his government, PM Modi spoke about the Jal Jeevan Mission, which has delivered tap water to over 120 lakh homes in just 5 years. He also mentioned the Ken-Betwa project, which is set to revolutionize water supply in the region.

PM Modi emphasized the support provided to farmers and the poor. "Today, Modi has given Rs. 1800 crore under the Kisan Samman Nidhi in Hamirpur, Jhansi, and Jalaun," he highlighted. He also spoke about providing free rations, free medical treatment, and housing to the poor, with plans to build 3 crore new PM-Awas houses in the next five years.

"We will make 3 crore Lakhpati Didis. This is Modi's guarantee," he declared, underscoring the BJP's commitment to women's empowerment. He also spoke about the development of the Bundelkhand Expressway and the establishment of industries and defense corridors in the region.

While concluding his address, PM Modi emphasized the importance of national pride and security. He urged the people to vote in large numbers for the BJP to ensure the continued progress of the nation.
