பெண் குழந்தைக்கு எதிரான பாகுபாடு தவிர்த்து, பெண் குழந்தைகளுக்கு சமமான வாய்ப்புகளை உறுதி செய்யவேண்டும்.
சவாலாக இருக்கும் பாலினம் குறித்த ஒரே மாதிரியான எண்ணங்களை மாற்ற நாம் எடுத்துள்ள உறுதிப்பாட்டை நாம் மீண்டும் உறுதி கூறுவோம்" என்று பிரதமர் கூறினார்.
