On Savarkar Jayanti, Shri Narendra Modi to dedicate Gujarati DVD Set of Veer Savarkar Film

28th of May is the birth anniversary of the great freedom fighter and revolutionist Veer Savarkar, the nationalist who is a great inspiration of Shri Narendra Modi. An ardent fan of Veer Savarkar, Shri Narendra Modi read in-depth about him in young age.

Paying tribute to the great inspiration, Shri Narendra Modi will be dedicating the Gujarati version of DVD set of Veer Savarkar film. The film is produced by Savarkar Darshan Pratishthan.

The event will take place at Town hall in Ahmedabad at 6.30 pm.

PM Modi condoles loss of lives due to stampede at New Delhi Railway Station

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled the loss of lives due to stampede at New Delhi Railway Station. Shri Modi also wished a speedy recovery for the injured.

In a X post, the Prime Minister said;

“Distressed by the stampede at New Delhi Railway Station. My thoughts are with all those who have lost their loved ones. I pray that the injured have a speedy recovery. The authorities are assisting all those who have been affected by this stampede.”
