Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurates the Bhagwad Geeta Week of Sadhvi Shri Rutubhamraji. On the occasion he called people to present the great Hindu Saintly heritage to the world with pride.

The Bhagwad Geeta Week of Sadhvi Didi Ritumbharaji commenced today in Ahmedabad. Shri Narendra Modi worshiped and offered his reverence to the Great Holy Geeta and Sadhvi Didi Ritumbharaji.

In Martoli of Mehsana district, Hon'ble CM appreciated and welcomed the Sankalp taken by Sadhvi Didi Ritumbharaji to establish the Vatasalya Gram. He said, even after sacrificing everything on the path of Sanyas, Didi Maa has provided home to the deprived.

He stated, Didi Maa's this inspiring act has lighted the lamp of human welfare in the society. Owing to our mentality of pre independence era we have criticized cultural legacy of India. Christian Missionary and its work has been appreciated but the work of providing shelter and food to the destitute that has been carried out throughout the ages in our Hindu Santh tradition, has gone unnoticed.

Our saints have not only shown the path of salvation but have also taught us religious way of life, he mentioned.

On the occasion Didi Maa praised Shri Narendra Modi.

PM to participate in ‘Odisha Parba 2024’ on 24 November

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will participate in the ‘Odisha Parba 2024’ programme on 24 November at around 5:30 PM at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi. He will also address the gathering on the occasion.

Odisha Parba is a flagship event conducted by Odia Samaj, a trust in New Delhi. Through it, they have been engaged in providing valuable support towards preservation and promotion of Odia heritage. Continuing with the tradition, this year Odisha Parba is being organised from 22nd to 24th November. It will showcase the rich heritage of Odisha displaying colourful cultural forms and will exhibit the vibrant social, cultural and political ethos of the State. A National Seminar or Conclave led by prominent experts and distinguished professionals across various domains will also be conducted.
