Chief Minister conveys New Year wishes to all and seeks god’s blessings

Chief Minister Shree Narendra Modi began his new year by seeking god’s blessings. He visited the Panchdev Mandir in sector 22 yesterday. He participated in the morning Aarti at 7.30 AM. On the occasion of New Year, he conveyed his New Year wishes to all and received greetings from the public.

He also went to the Bhadrakali temple in Ahmedabad along with Shree Ashok Bhatt – the speaker of Vidhansabha and Ahmedabad’s Mayor Shri Kanji Thakkor. In his message to the people, the Chief Minister said, “In Gujarat the next day after diwali is celebrated as the New Year. This is the Golden jubilee year of Gujarat and I wish people would take a pledge to do something for the country. Crores of pledges together will push Gujarat much ahead in the direction of development and prosperity”.

Under Rozgar Mela, PM to distribute more than 71,000 appointment letters to newly appointed recruits

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will distribute more than 71,000 appointment letters to newly appointed recruits on 23rd December at around 10:30 AM through video conferencing. He will also address the gathering on the occasion.

Rozgar Mela is a step towards fulfilment of the commitment of the Prime Minister to accord highest priority to employment generation. It will provide meaningful opportunities to the youth for their participation in nation building and self empowerment.

Rozgar Mela will be held at 45 locations across the country. The recruitments are taking place for various Ministries and Departments of the Central Government. The new recruits, selected from across the country will be joining various Ministries/Departments including Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Posts, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Financial Services, among others.
