The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by PM Modi, has approved the revision of ethanol procurement prices for Public Sector OMCs under the Ethanol Blended Petrol Programme for Ethanol Supply Year 2024-25 (Nov 1, 2024 – Oct 31, 2025). The ex-mill price of ethanol from C Heavy Molasses has been increased from Rs. 56.58 to Rs. 57.97 per litre.

எனதருமை நாட்டுமக்களே, வணக்கம். மனதின் குரலில் மீண்டும் உங்களோடு இணைய, மீண்டுமொரு சந்தர்ப்பம். இன்றைய பகுதி என்னை உணர்ச்சியிலாழ்த்துவது, பழைய நினைவுகள் என்னைச் சூழ்ந்து விட்டன. ஏன் தெரியுமா? நம்முடைய மனதின் குரலுக்கு பத்து வயதாகி விட்டது; பத்தாண்டுகள் முன்பாக மனதின் குரல் அக்டோபர் 3ஆம் தேதியன்று, விஜயதசமி நன்னாளன்று தொடங்கப்பட்டது. அந்த நாள் எத்தனை புனிதமான நாள்!!! இது இயல்பாக அமைந்த ஒன்று. இதோடு கூடவே, இந்த ஆண்டு அக்டோபர் மாதம் 3ஆம் தேதியன்று நாம் மனதின் குரலின் பத்தாண்டுகளை நிறைவு செய்யும் அதே வேளையிலே, நவராத்திரி புண்ணிய காலத்தின் முதல் நாளுமாகவும் இருக்கும். மனதின் குரலின் இந்த நீண்டநெடிய பயணத்திலே பல கட்டங்களை என்னால் மறக்க இயலாது. மனதின் குரலில் கோடிக்கணக்கான நேயர்கள் நம்முடைய இந்தப் பயணத்தின் போது கூட்டாளிகளாக இருந்தார்கள், தொடர்ந்து எனக்குத் தோள் கொடுத்தும் வந்தார்கள். தேசத்தின் அனைத்து இடங்களிலிருந்தும் தகவல்களை எனக்குத் திரட்டித் தந்தார்கள். மனதின் குரலின் நேயர்கள் மட்டுமே இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியின் உண்மையான சூத்திரதாரிகள். காரசாரமான விஷயம் இல்லையென்று சொன்னால், எதிர்மறை விஷயங்கள் இல்லையென்று சொன்னால், அந்த விஷயமோ, நிகழ்ச்சியோ அதிக கவனத்தைப் பெறாது என்று பொதுவாகவே ஒரு கருத்து உண்டு. ஆனால் ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான தகவல்களுக்காக நாட்டுமக்களிடத்திலே எத்தனை தாகம் இருக்கிறது, ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான கருத்துக்கள், உத்வேகமளிக்கக்கூடிய எடுத்துக்காட்டுகள், நம்பிக்கையூட்டக்கூடிய சம்பவங்கள் ஆகியவற்றை மக்கள் எத்தனை பேரார்வத்தோடு அரவணைத்துக் கொள்கிறார்கள் என்பதை மனதின் குரலின் வெற்றி நிரூபித்துக் காட்டியிருக்கிறது. சகோரப் பறவை என்று ஒன்று உண்டு, இது மழைநீர்த்துளிகளை மட்டுமே பருகி உயிர் வாழுமாம். மக்களும் கூட இந்த சகோரப் பறவையைப் போலவே, தேசத்தின் சாதனைகளையும், மக்களின் சமூகரீதியான சாதனைகளையும் எந்த அளவுக்கு பெருமிதத்தோடு செவி மடுக்கிறார்கள் என்பதையெல்லாம் நாம் மனதின் குரலில் பார்த்தோம். மனதின் குரலின் பத்தாண்டுக்காலப் பயணம் எப்படிப்பட்டதொரு மாலையைத் தயாரித்திருக்கிறது என்று சொன்னால், இதன் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியிலும் புதிய காதைகள், புதிய உயர்வுகள், புதிய ஆளுமைகள் இணைந்து கொண்டே வருகின்றன. நமது சமூகத்தின் சமூக உணர்வோடு கூட அரங்கேறும் செயல்களுக்கு மனதின் குரல் வாயிலாக கௌரவம் கிடைக்கிறது. அந்த வேளையிலே மனதின் குரலுக்காக வந்திருக்கும் கடிதங்கள் என் நெஞ்சையும் கூட பெருமிதத்தில் விம்மச் செய்கின்றன. நம்முடைய தேசத்திலே தான் எத்தனை திறமைசாலிகள் இருக்கின்றார்கள்!! அவர்களிடம் தேசம் மற்றும் சமூகத்திற்கு சேவை புரிய வேண்டும் என்று எத்தனை தாகம் இருக்கிறது!! சுயநலமற்ற தன்மையோடு சேவை செய்ய இவர்கள் தங்களுடைய வாழ்க்கை முழுவதையும் அர்ப்பணம் செய்கின்றார்கள். இவர்களைப் பற்றித் தெரிந்து கொள்ளும் வேளையிலே என்னுள்ளும் ஆற்றல் பொங்குகிறது. மனதின் குரலின் இந்த மொத்தச் செயல்பாடும் என்னைப் பொறுத்த வரையில் எப்படிப்பட்டதென்றால், இது ஆலயம் சென்று இறைவனை வழிபடுவதற்கு ஒப்பானது. மனதின் குரலின் ஒவ்வொரு விஷயத்தையும், ஒவ்வொரு சம்பவத்தையும், ஒவ்வொரு கடிதத்தையும் நான் நினைத்துப் பார்க்கும் போது, மக்களாகிய மகேசர்கள் எனக்கு இறைவனாரின் வடிவங்கள், அவர்களை நான் தரிசனம் செய்கிறேன் என்றே நான் உணர்கிறேன்.
