PM Narendra Modi addressed the DGsP/IGsP Conference in Hyderabad. PM Modi called for a qualitative change in the police force through a collective training effort. He said that technology and human interface are both important for the police force to keep progressing. PM also recalled terror attack in Mumbai on 26th November 2008 and noted the sacrifices of the police personnel.
