Sir Divyang hoon mere Mata Pita dono nahi hai Meri Permanent Disability bahut jyada hai UDID Card hone ke baad bhi pension nahi di ja Rahi hai Aadhikari log mujhe bahut pareshan kar rahe hai keh rahe hai certpar livelihood likhwakar lao lagatar chakkar lagwa rahe hai aapne apni guarantee mai kaha tha sir jiske pass UDID Card hai use pension milegi lekin abhi Tak pension nahi di gayi hai Aapse vinti hai ki aap Divyango ke prati kadam uthaye livelihood rules badaliye jab UDiD Card hai 40 se jyada Disability hai toh livelihood kyon maanga ja raha hai ise badaliye Permanent Disability hai 71 percent uske bavjood bhi Divyang ko pareshan kar rahe hai Sir aapse vinti hai ki aap is aur kadam uthaye Divyango ko pension di Jaye jinke pass UDID Card hai

River Linking: Inter linking of all rivers and construction of dams: Nationalize water bodies and dams. Inter link water bodies and build dams. This will bring in more barren lands under cultivation, increase employment opportunities and reduce food inflation Power Sector: All central government buildings should be moved from thermal power to renewable sources. All buildings should have lights and other electronic devices that consume less power and reduce CO2 foot print Roads: Illumination of roads and street lights to be completely based on Solar power. Contractors to provide guarantee of 10 years for roads and should not have legal recourse if the roads are poor in an area Labor codes: Implementation of labor codes for both organized and unorganized sector. First country to make 4-day work week. Social Security: A propotion of tax payers money to be invested in job loss insurance. This will ensure such tax payers will get benefit in case they face a job loss or business losses. Limit entry of such citizens to minimum 10 years of tax payments. Hospitals: Ensure a primary care center ithin 20 m radius for each village. This center should have the capability of providing basic and emergency care with a team of at least 3 doctors available on call Every district to have a state-of-the-art multi specialtiy hospital which can at least support 1000 beds to begin with. Ambulances to be arranged in every expres way and freeways. Tax: Ensure clubbing of family income (Spouses filing taxes jointly) should be allowed. Tax slabs to be rearranged to allow for deductions for house wives who are in turn economic contributors. This will bring in income diversion. We should also focus on income of minor to identify individuals who are distributing income sources within the family to stay within the radar. Economic growth: Reduction in taxation of business and ultra rich individuals. Instead, ensure CSR is implemented with enhanced vigor by such businesses. E.g. every business with a toruover of 10 cr or more should have at least 1% of its income invested in CSR to support the economy around its factory/area of operation. Total CSR can be capped at 100 cr. This will enable businesses create a eco system in and around area of operation and enable growth clusters. Politician Tax: Eveyr politician who has a wealth of 50 crore or more should pay a tax of 10% over and above eisting tax rate. Pension and other benefits of MPs/MLAs etc. to be restricted to only those individuals who have an income of less than 50 Lakhs – The true politicians who wish to work for the society.
