The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today shared detailed video clips on Padahastasana or the hands to feet posture, urging masses to practice the posture as it is good for spine and helps in menstrual pain.
Shared in the run-up to the 10th edition of the International Yoga Day, the clips also elaborates on the steps of perform the posture in both English and Hindi.
