PM greets on foundation day of Madhya Pradesh

The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today greeted people of Madhya Pradesh on the occasion of the Foundation Day of Madhya Pradesh.

The Prime Minister said "Our Madhya Pradesh, which is reaching new heights of development every day, is making an important contribution in realizing the country's resolutions in Amrit Kaal. I wish that this state continues to move forward on the path of progress."

The Prime Minister posted on X :

"मध्य प्रदेश के अपने सभी परिवारजनों को राज्य के स्थापना दिवस पर मेरी हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। विकास की नित-नई ऊंचाइयों को छू रहा हमारा मध्य प्रदेश अमृतकाल में देश के संकल्पों को साकार करने में अहम योगदान दे रहा है। मेरी कामना है कि यह राज्य प्रगति के पथ पर यूं ही निरंतर अग्रसर रहे।"

First such instance that a Prime Minister will attend such a programme at the Headquarters of the Catholic Church in India

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will attend the Christmas Celebrations hosted by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI) at the CBCI Centre premises, New Delhi at 6:30 PM on 23rd December.

Prime Minister will interact with key leaders from the Christian community, including Cardinals, Bishops and prominent lay leaders of the Church.

This is the first time a Prime Minister will attend such a programme at the Headquarters of the Catholic Church in India.

Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI) was established in 1944 and is the body which works closest with all the Catholics across India.
