The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed his gratitude to the President, Vice President, former President and other world leaders for birthday wishes.

In a reply to President, the Prime Minister said;

“माननीय @rashtrapatibhvn जी, आपकी आत्मीय शुभकामनाओं के लिए मैं हृदय से आभार प्रकट करता हूं। समृद्ध और विकसित भारत के निर्माण के लिए आपकी प्रेरणा और मार्गदर्शन बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।”

In a reply to Vice President, the Prime Minister said;

“Thank you @VPIndia Jagdeep Dhankhar Ji for the touching wishes.”

In a reply to former President, the Prime Minister said;

“माननीय @ramnathkovind जी, हृदय से आभार। आपके प्रेम और स्नेह से भरे ये शब्द बहुत प्रेरित करने वाले हैं।”

In a reply to former Vice President, the Prime Minister said;

“Gratitude for your special wishes @MVenkaiahNaidu Garu.”

In a reply to Prime Minister of Mauritius, the Prime Minister said;

“I thank my friend PM @KumarJugnauth for his greetings.”

In a reply to Prime Minister of Italy, the Prime Minister said;

“Thank you for your wishes PM @GiorgiaMeloni.”

First such instance that a Prime Minister will attend such a programme at the Headquarters of the Catholic Church in India

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will attend the Christmas Celebrations hosted by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI) at the CBCI Centre premises, New Delhi at 6:30 PM on 23rd December.

Prime Minister will interact with key leaders from the Christian community, including Cardinals, Bishops and prominent lay leaders of the Church.

This is the first time a Prime Minister will attend such a programme at the Headquarters of the Catholic Church in India.

Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI) was established in 1944 and is the body which works closest with all the Catholics across India.
