Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections 2024, PM Modi addressed a public rally in Jamui, Bihar. He said, "Jamui's mood is reflective of 'Ab ki Baar 400 Paar' with all the 40 seats in N.D.A.'s favour in Bihar." He expressed his tribute to the contributions of the Late Ramvilas Paswan Ji, who was dedicated to the welfare of Bihar and its development.

Speaking on the gross deprivation faced by the people of Bihar, PM Modi said, "Over 5-6 generations of Bihar have suffered gross deprivation and underdevelopment under the I.N.D.I alliance." He added that the I.N.D.I alliance never empowered the potential and talent of the people of Bihar. He said that over the last ten years, Bihar has seen improvements at all levels across arenas, and to continue the same, the people of Bihar must vote for us in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, keeping their prosperous future in mind. He said, "You must vote for the N.D.A. for a 'Viksit Bihar' and a 'Viksit Bharat'."

Lamenting India's Congress-led state of persistent underdevelopment, PM Modi said, "The post-independence state of underdevelopment and large-scale poverty of both Bihar and India was owing to the Congress-led misdeeds." He said, "It is our priority-oriented governance that has made India the 5th largest economy, also enabling a stature for it to hold G20 Summits & meetings at the International level."

Criticizing the RJD-Congress-led misgovernance in Bihar, PM Modi said, "The RJD-Congress' model of governance has been responsible for 'Jungle Raj and Naxalism' in Bihar, stalling its development for decades." He added that our government has focused on the robust infrastructure of Bihar and the modernization of the Gaya airport, which is a testimony to the same. He said, "We are focused on the development of Bihar, while the Ghamandiya Alliance is only interested in destabilizing the future of the youth of Bihar."

Elaborating on the future prospects of both Bihar and India, PM Modi said, "The last ten years are a mere trailer, and our government is excessively focusing on enabling robust prospects of growth for Bihar, and all your aspirations are my vision." He added that over the years, our aim has been to ensure the last-mile saturation of all developmental benefits. He further said that, on the one hand, when we intend ‘Bhrashtachar Hatao,' the I.N.D.I alliance's collective focus is 'Bhrashtachari Bachao.'

In conclusion, PM Modi said, "People will never forget the intentions behind RJD-Congress in opposing the Ram Mandir." He added that the same Congress-RJD is against the rights of the deprived, including the Adivasi & Dalits of Bihar. He said that the N.D.A. is committed to the development of Bihar and expressed confidence that the state of Bihar will unanimously vote for the B.J.P. in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
