Looking at the large turnout of West Bengal's Nari Shakti indicates 'Fir ek Baar Modi Sarkar’
It is the support of 140 crore Indians that saw the abrogation of Article 370, the passage of Nari Shakti Vandan Act, and the Pran-Pratishtha of Ram Mandir after 500 years
It is only our government that truly stands with our mothers-daughters-sisters of Sandeshkhali with utmost respect and dignity. The Sandeshkhali incident has amplified the TMC's mistreatment of our Nari Shakti
Our government prioritizes development unlike the Congress-Left-TMC whose politics is founded on lies, confusion and propaganda
The TMC-Left-Congress have neglected the deprived communities including Rajbhanshis, Namasudras and Matuas among various others

People of Cooch Behar celebrated the arrival of PM Modi as he addressed a public meeting ahead of the Lok Sabha elections in 2024. He said, "Looking at the large turnout of West Bengal's Nari Shakti indicates 'Fir ek Baar Modi Sarkar'."

Elaborating on the importance of the 21st century for India, PM Modi said, "The 21st century is significant for India to enable a 'Viksit Bharat'." He added that a 'Viksit West Bengal' is essential. "When people say that the last ten years have seen big and bold decisions, it is owing to the people's confidence in our government's abilities", said PM Modi. "Be it India's digital prowess or 25 crore people exiting multidimensional poverty, our government has prioritized the true development of the people", PM Modi added. PM Modi said “The results are always upbeat when decisions are made with the right intent.”

Speaking on the significant reforms and decisions, PM Modi said, "It is the support of 140 crore Indians that saw the abrogation of Article 370, the passage of Nari Shakti Vandan Act, and the Pran-Pratishtha of Ram Mandir after 500 years." He added that, above all, our government has fostered developmental benefits for all, including the people of West Bengal.

Expressing his anguish on the Sandeshkhali incident, PM Modi said, "It is only our government that truly stands with our mothers-daughters-sisters of Sandeshkhali with utmost respect and dignity." He said, “The Sandeshkhali incident has amplified the TMC's mistreatment of our Nari Shakti.” He said that only our government prioritizes the empowerment of Nari Shakti, and owing to the same, our vision is to make three crore women Lakhpati Didis' and also make Nari Shakti' Drone Didis' for rural development.

Elaborating on the record of development ushered in by the BJP, PM Modi said, "Our government prioritizes development unlike the Congress-Left-TMC whose politics is founded on lies, deceit and false propaganda." He added, "The TMC-Left-Congress have neglected the deprived communities including Rajbhanshis, Namasudras and Matuas among various others." He said that when we introduced CAA to give citizenship to people who had an affiliation with India and were being persecuted in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh, the Left-Congress-TMC raised their voices against it and opposed it vehemently.

Mentioning the record of scams committed by the TMC government in West Bengal, PM Modi said, "On one hand we are facilitating the last-mile saturation of developmental schemes to all, the TMC government is simply indulging in rampant corruption." In conclusion, PM Modi expressed his heartfelt thanks to the people of Cooch Behar and Alipurduar for coming in such large numbers in support of the BJP.
