PM pays tributes to Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa on his birth anniversary

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has paid tributes to Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa on his birth anniversary. 
 
" I bow to Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa on his Jayanti. He embodied the spirit of harmony and brotherhood. He dreamt of a society that is just and free from divisions," the Prime Minister said.
 
The Prime Minister also shared a speech he had given last year in which he had paid tributes to Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa.

President’s address on the eve of 79th Independence Day highlights the collective progress of our nation and the opportunities ahead: PM

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today shared the thoughtful address delivered by President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, on the eve of 79th Independence Day. He said the address highlighted the collective progress of our nation and the opportunities ahead and the call to every citizen to contribute towards nation-building.

“On the eve of our Independence Day, Rashtrapati Ji has given a thoughtful address in which she has highlighted the collective progress of our nation and the opportunities ahead. She reminded us of the sacrifices that paved the way for India's freedom and called upon every citizen to contribute towards nation-building.

“स्वतंत्रता दिवस की पूर्व संध्या पर माननीय राष्ट्रपति जी ने अपने संबोधन में बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण बातें कही हैं। इसमें उन्होंने सामूहिक प्रयासों से भारत की प्रगति और भविष्य के अवसरों पर विशेष रूप से प्रकाश डाला है। राष्ट्रपति जी ने हमें उन बलिदानों की याद दिलाई, जिनसे देश की आजादी का सपना साकार हुआ। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने देशवासियों से राष्ट्र-निर्माण में बढ़-चढ़कर भागीदारी का आग्रह भी किया है।
