People from all walks of life join PM Modi in launching #SwachhataHiSeva movement

People from all walks of life today joined PM Narendra Modi in launching the Swachhata Hi Seva movement.

Noted actor Shri Amitabh Bachchan, industry leader Shri Ratan Tata, spiritual leaders like Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, Sri Sri Ravishankar, the Brahma Kumaris team and Mata Amritanandamayi joined the movement. Persons from the media hubs and volunteers across the country too joined the PM during the launch of the nationwide drive.

The PM even interacted with people at several locations across the country through video conferencing and later took part in the cleanliness drive at a school in New Delhi with young children.

The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today congratulated the Indian Hockey team on winning the Women's Asian Champions Trophy.

Shri Modi said that their win will motivate upcoming athletes.
