ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਅਤੇ ਤਮਿਲ ਨਾਡੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਂਦੀਪੁਰ ਤੇ ਮੁਦੁਮਲਾਈ ਟਾਈਗਰ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁਦੁਮਲਾਈ ਟਾਈਗਰ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਵਿੱਚ ਥੇੱਪਾਕੜੂ ਹਾਥੀ ਕੈਂਪ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਹਾਵਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਵੜੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਨਾ ਵੀ ਖਿਲਾਇਆ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਔਸਕਰ ਜੇਤੂ ਡੋਕਿਊਮੈਂਟਰੀ, “ਦ ਐਲੀਫੈਂਟ ਵਿਸਪਰਰਸ” ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਖਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਾਥੀ ਪਾਲਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ।

“ਬਾਂਦੀਪੁਰ ਟਾਈਗਰ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਦੀ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਰ ਝਲਕੀਆਂ।”
“ਮੁਦੁਮਲਾਈ ਟਾਈਗਰ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਹਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ।”
“ਬੋੱਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਘੁ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਬੋੱਮਨ ਅਤੇ ਬੇੱਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੋਈ।”
