He recalled the campaign journey in Gujarat that had begun with offering prayers at the Ashapura Mata Temple and ended with blessings of Maa Amba.

Thanking people for their affection and support across Gujarat, the PM termed it as ‘Ishwar Darshan’ and said that his determination to work towards India’s transformation got fresh vigour.

He tweeted, “Thanks to the blessings of Amba Maa and the Janta Darshan, which is akin to Ishwar Darshan, across Gujarat, I derive renewed strength to work for India. My determination to work towards India’s transformation got fresh vigour.”

Shri Modi recounted how during the entire campaign trail, after three and half years, he had got the honour to travel across the length and breadth of Gujarat to seek the blessings of the people. He said that the affection he had received from the people was unparalleled in his 40 years of public life and gave him strength and motivated him to devote all his time for India’s development.

The PM said that lies which the opponents had spread about Gujarat, the states’ growth and him had hurt the people of Gujarat and they would give a fitting reply to the negativity and lies of the opposition.
