Speaking to BJP Karyakartas from Bilaspur, Basti, Dhanbad, Chittorgarh and Mandsaur via video conference, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi said that ‘Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot’ was not just the name of the programme or a slogan, but it was the resolution of every Karyakarta of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

While interacting with Karyakartas from the 5 states as a part of ‘Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot’, the Prime Minister said, “I think political parties rarely get a chance to interact with booth-level workers, who know the ground reality, with the medium of technology.”

While discussing with one of the Karyakartas from Basti, UP, PM Modi shared that the NaMo App had been updated with several new features for Karyakartas. PM Modi urged the booth workers to spare 20 to 30 minutes daily on the app.

The PM added, “In the last four years, our government has focused on the development of every section of the society with mantra of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas.”

PM Modi highlighted the development infrastructure in Maoist affected areas. He said that in last four years India’s capacity to deal with terrorism and naxalism had increased a lot. “Violence in Naxal-affected areas has reduced by around 20% in the last 4 years. Around 3,500 Naxals surrendered between 2014-2017 due to the impact of government's policies and development”, he remarked.

Speaking on BJP’s winning spree, PM Modi said, “We are leading forward, even in the states where we don't hold an influential presence. The way we have won over Tripura, proves that we can win the hearts of people in remaining states and serve the public by continuing on the path of good governance.”

Speaking at length about the surgical strikes, PM Modi lauded the valour and courage of our jawans.

In a video interaction with BJP Karyakarta from Mandsaur, PM Modi reaffirmed the BJP's commitment towards development. Prime Minister Modi also acknowledged the contribution of the BJP Karyakartas.
