8 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਸਾਮ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ। 9 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਲਗਭਗ 5:45 ਵਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕਾਜ਼ੀਰੰਗਾ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਪਾਰਕ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਸਵੇਰੇ ਸਾਢੇ 10 ਵਜੇ, ਈਟਾਨਗਰ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਉੱਤਰ ਪੂਰਬ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਸੇਲਾ ਟਨਲ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਰੀਬ 10,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਉੱਨਤੀ (UNNATI) ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਣੀਪੁਰ, ਮੇਘਾਲਿਆ, ਨਾਗਾਲੈਂਡ, ਸਿੱਕਿਮ, ਤ੍ਰਿਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਰੁਣਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰੀਬ 55,600 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਭੀ ਰੱਖਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੁਪਹਿਰੇ ਲਗਭਗ 12:15 ਵਜੇ ਜੋਰਹਾਟ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਅਹੋਮ ਜਨਰਲ ਲਚਿਤ ਬੋਰਫੁਕਨ (Ahom general Lachit Borphukan) ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਮਾ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਦਾ ਹਟਾਉਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਜੋਰਹਾਟ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੀ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ 17,500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ ਅਧਿਕ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਰੱਖਣਗੇ।PM Modi addresses public meetings at Siliguri and Krishnanagar, West Bengal
