ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਦੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਮੰਡਪਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ੍ਰੀਲ ਪ੍ਰਭੁਪਾਦ ਜੀ ਦੀ 150ਵੀਂ ਜਯੰਤੀ (ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਢ) ‘ਤੇ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਅਚਾਰੀਆ ਸ੍ਰੀਲ ਪ੍ਰਭੁਪਾਦ (Acharya Srila Prabhupada ) ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਮਾ ‘ਤੇ ਪੁਸ਼ਪਾਂਜਲੀ ਅਰਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਰਕ ਟਿਕਟ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੱਕਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ। ਗੌੜੀਯ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ (Gaudiya Mission) ਦੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਪਕ, ਅਚਾਰੀਆ ਸ੍ਰੀਲ ਪ੍ਰਭੁਪਾਦ (Acharya Srila Prabhupada) ਨੇ ਵੈਸ਼ਣਵ ਆਸਥਾ (Vaishnava faith) ਦੇ ਮੂਲਭੂਤ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ਼ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ।Sant Ramanujacharya linked fulfilling the needs of the poor with social responsibility: PM Modi

PM Narendra Modi today release commemorative stamp on 1000th birth anniversary of Sri Ramanujacharya. The PM said, “The central message of Sant Shri Ramanujacharya’s life was inclusive society, religion and philosophy. He saw the manifestation of God in Human beings, and Human beings in God. During his Mann Ki Baat, PM Narendra Modi today said that it was because of red beacons a VIP culture had flourished in the country. The PM added, “When we talk about a New India, EPI is important instead of VIP. EPI means – Every Person is Important.” PM Modi urged to utilize the vacations well and undertake new experiences, learn new skills and visit new places.
