ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਘੱਟ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਸਕੌਟ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਤੀਸਰੀ ਵਾਰ ਰੂ-ਬ-ਰੂ ਹਾਂ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ Virtual Summit ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ productive ਚਰਚਾ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ teams ਨੂੰ Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement ‘ਤੇ ਬਾਤਚੀਤ ਜਲਦੀ ਸੰਪੰਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਇਸ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ 'ਤੇ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਅਸਾਧਾਰਣ ਉਪਲਬਧੀ ਦੇ ਲਈ, ਮੈਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ Trade ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਹਾਰਦਿਕ ਅਭਿਨੰਦਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ-ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ- “ਇੰਡਔਸ ਈਸੀਟੀਏ” ‘ਤੇ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ
