ਕਿਵੇਂ ਹੈ ਆਪਣਾ ਖਾਖਰਿਯਾ ਟੱਪਾ, ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਆਭਾਰੀ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਆ ਕੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਇੱਥੇ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਕੂਲ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੇਹਰੇ ਦਿਖ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਮੈਨੂੰ, ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਸੁਭਾਗ ਦਾ ਪਲ ਸੀ। ਆਪ ਸਭ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਆਪ ਸਭ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨਾ, ਘਰ ਆਂਗਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ‘ਤੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਯਾਦਾਂ ਵੀ ਤਰੋਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਰਿਣ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਤੋਸ਼ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਅੱਜ ਇਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਰਿਣ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਅਵਸਰ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ 30 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ 31 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ, ਇਹ ਦੋਨੋਂ ਦਿਨ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਭ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਕ ਦਿਨ ਹਨ, ਅੱਜ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੀ ਜੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਦਿਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੰਦ ਖੱਟੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ, ਅਜਿਹੇ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਪੁਣਯਤਿਥੀ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਵਲੱਭ ਭਾਈ ਪਟੇਲ ਦੀ ਜਨਮ ਜਯੰਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਨੇ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਮਾ ਸਟੈਚਿਊ ਆਵ੍ ਯੂਨਿਟੀ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਅਰਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਉਚਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਅਸੀਂ ਵਿਅਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਬ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਦੇਖੇਗੀ ਤਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਰ ਝੁਕੇਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਰ ਉੱਪਰ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਬ ਦੇ ਚਰਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸਿਰ ਉੱਪਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਸਿਰ ਝੁਕਾਏਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੰਮ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਮਾਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਆਦਿਵਾਸੀ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ, ਸੇਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਭਗਤੀ ਇੰਨੀ ਤੇਜ਼ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਬਲੀਦਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਰੰਪਰਾ ਖੜੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਖੁਦ ਬਲੀਦਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਬਣ ਗਏ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਨੰਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਵਰ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਨਗੜ੍ਹ ਧਾਮ ਜੋ ਮੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼- ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਆਦਿਵਾਸੀ ਪੱਟੇ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੇ ਅਵਸਰ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਮਹਿਸਾਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 5800 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ
