Guidelines for Other Service Providers (OSP) liberalized

Ravi Shankar Prasad, Union Minister for Electronics & Information Technology, Communications and Law & Justice, announced in a press interaction that Department of Telecommunication has further liberalized the guidelines for Other Service Providers (OSPs).
