ਤੁਸੀਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭ ਥੱਕ ਗਏ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ, ਅਰਣਬ ਦੀ ਉੱਚੀ ਅਵਾਜ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਨ ਤਾਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਥੱਕ ਗਏ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਬੈਠੋ ਅਰਣਬ, ਹਾਲੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੌਸਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਰਿਪਬਲਿਕ ਟੀਵੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਅਭਿਨਵ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਲੋਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਾਸਰੂਟ ਲੇਵਲ ‘ਤੇ ਇੰਵੌਲਵ ਕਰਕੇ, ਇੰਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਕੰਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਲਿਆਏ ਹਾਂ। ਜਦੋਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਯੁਵਾ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਡਿਸਕੋਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਵੌਲਵ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਨਤਾ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ , ਉਹ ਪੂਰੇ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਊਰਜਾ ਭਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹੀ ਊਰਜਾ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਥੇ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇੱਕ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੰਵੌਲਵਮੈਂਟ ਨਾਲ ਅਸੀਂ ਹਰ ਬੰਧਨ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜ ਪਾਂਉਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਸੀਮਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਰ੍ਹੇ ਜਾ ਪਾਂਉਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਟੀਚਾ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਇਆ ਨਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਕੋਈ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਜਿਸ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਨਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਰਿਪਬਲਿਕ ਟੀਵੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਮਿਟ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੇਂ ਕੰਸੈਪਟ ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਸਮਿਟ ਦੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ - ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ , ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਅਭਿਨੰਦਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਅੱਛਾ ਮੇਰਾ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ ਸੁਆਰਥ ਹੈ, ਇੱਕ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ, ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਅਜਿਹੇ, ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਟ ਟਾਇਮਰ ਹੋਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਈਵੈਂਟ ਮੇਰਾ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਗਰਾਉਂਡ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਦੂਜਾ ਮੇਰਾ ਨਿਜੀ ਲਾਭ ਹੈ, ਨਿਜੀ ਲਾਭ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ 2029 ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਵੋਟ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਕਿ 2014 ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੈੱਡਲਾਈਨ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਰਦੀ ਸੀ , ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ , 10 - 10 , 12 - 12 ਲੱਖ ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ , ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਜਦੋਂ 2029 ਵਿੱਚ ਵੋਟ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ , ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਕੰਪੈਰਿਜ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਕਸੌਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਜੋ ਗਰਾਉਂਡ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਨਾ, ਉਹ ਉਸ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਮੰਡਪਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਪਬਲਿਕ ਪਲੇਨਰੀ ਸਮਿਟ 2025 ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹੈਕਾਥੌਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਯੋਗਿਤਾ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਰਿਪਬਲਿਕ ਟੀਵੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਵੀਨਤਾਕਾਰੀ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਕੋਣ ਲਈ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਯੁਵਾ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਨਤਾ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਊਰਜਾ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ‘ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਊਰਜਾ ਇਸ ਸਮਿਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰੀ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਰੁਕਾਵਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਰ੍ਹੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਹਰ ਟੀਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਮਿਟ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਧਾਰਨਾ ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਰਿਪਬਲਿਕ ਟੀਵੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਪਿਛੋਕੜ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ।

PM Modi distributed over 65 lakh property cards under the SVAMITVA Scheme to property owners across more than 50,000 villages in over 230 districts across 10 states and 2 Union Territories. Reflecting on the scheme's inception five years ago, he emphasised its mission to ensure rural residents receive their rightful property documents. He expressed that the government remains committed to realising Gram Swaraj at the grassroots level.

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਰੀਏ 10 ਰਾਜਾਂ ਅਤੇ 2 ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸ਼ਾਸਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ 230 ਤੋਂ ਅਧਿਕ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ 50,000 ਤੋਂ ਅਧਿਕ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਪਤੀ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਾਮਿਤਵ ਯੋਜਨਾ (SVAMITVA Scheme) ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ 65 ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਅਧਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਕਾਰਡ ਵੰਡੇ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਵਾਮਿਤਵ ਯੋਜਨਾ (SVAMITVA scheme) ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਜਾਣਨ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਪੰਜ ਲਾਭਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਨਾਲ 10 ਰਾਜਾਂ ਅਤੇ 2 ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸ਼ਾਸਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ 230 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ 50,000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਪੱਤੀ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਾਮਿਤਵ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ 65 ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪ੍ਰੋਪਰਟੀ ਕਾਰਡ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੇ। ਇਸ ਅਵਸਰ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗ੍ਰਾਮੀਣ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਿਕ ਦਿਨ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਅਵਸਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲਾਭਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ।
