ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਪਾਨੀਪਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਣ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਮਾਵੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਜੀਵਨ ਬੀਮਾ ਨਿਗਮ ਦੀ ‘ਬੀਮਾ ਸਖੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ’ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਹਾਰਾਣਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਬਾਗਬਾਨੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਕਰਨਾਲ ਦੇ ਮੇਨ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਦਾ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਵੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਸਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਭਾਰਤ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਣ ਵੱਲ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦਾ 9ਵਾਂ ਦਿਨ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਧਰਮ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 9 ਨੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਵ ਦੁਰਗਾ ਦੇ ਨੌਂ ਰੂਪਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਨਵਰਾਤਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੂਜਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਨਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਹੈ।
