ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਵਾਸੀਓ! ਨਮਸਕਾਰ। ਅੱਜ ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਫਿਰ ‘ਮਨ ਕੀ ਬਾਤ’ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਦੋ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਸੰਬਰ ਦਾ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦਸੰਬਰ ਆਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ Psychologically ਸਾਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਚਲੋ ਬਈ ਸਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਤਾਣੇ-ਬਾਣੇ ਬੁਣਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇਸੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ Navy Day ਅਤੇ Armed Forces Flag Day ਵੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਮਨਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 16 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ 1971 ਦੇ ਯੁਧ ਦਾ ਸਵਰਣ ਜਯੰਤੀ ਵਰ੍ਹਾ ਵੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਮਨਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਮੌਕਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਸਾਡੇ ਵੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਵੀਰ ਮਾਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਵੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ NamoApp ’ਤੇ Mygov ’ਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਢੇਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇ ਸੁਖ-ਦੁਖ ਵੀ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵੀ ਹਨ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ-ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਹਨ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵਾਕਈ ਹੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਚੰਗਾ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ‘ਮਨ ਕੀ ਬਾਤ’ ਦਾ ਸਾਡਾ ਇਹ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਵੱਡਾ ਤਾਂ ਹੋ ਹੀ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਜੁੜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਮਕਸਦ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਜੁੜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਡੂੰਗੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਸਕਰਾਤਮਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹਿਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।PM Modi greets valorous Navy personnel on Navy Day
