PM Narendra Modi said that India was today the fastest growing major economy, and one of the most attractive destinations for FDI. The PM said that India was experiencing a digital revolution. He remarked that legal reforms can deliver desired results only when there is an effective and efficient dispute resolution mechanism and independence of the judiciary was a basic feature of Indian Constitution.
