PM Modi participated in the Winter Tourism Program and addressed the gathering at Harsil, Uttarakhand. PM recalled his visit to Baba Kedarnath, where he had declared that, “this decade would be the decade of Uttarakhand”. He congratulated the Uttarakhand government for the innovative effort of Winter Tourism and extended his best wishes. He noted that the recently approved Kedarnath Ropeway Project will reduce the travel time from 8-9 hours to approximately 30 minutes. PM reiterated his appeal to Wed in India.

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਦੇ ਹਰਸ਼ਿਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਟ੍ਰੈਕ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਈਕ ਰੈਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਰੀ ਝੰਡੀ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਰਦੀ ਰੁੱਤ ਟੂਰਿਜ਼ਮ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁਖਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਂ ਗੰਗਾ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੀਤਕਾਲੀਨ ਗੱਦੀ ਸਥਲ ‘ਤੇ ਪੂਜਾ ਅਰਚਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੇ। ਮੌਜੂਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਾਣਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਘਟਨਾ ‘ਤੇ ਗਹਿਰਾ ਦੁਖ ਵਿਅਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਨ ਗੁਆਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਾ ਵਿਅਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਕਟ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਕਜੁੱਟਤਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਫੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ।

Cabinet approves development of Ropeway Project from Sonprayag to Kedarnath in Uttarakhand

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, has approved the construction of 12.9 km ropeway project from Sonprayag to Kedarnath (12.9 km) in Uttarakhand. The project will be developed on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) mode at a total capital cost of Rs. 4,081.28 crore.

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸੰਭਲ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਕਲਕੀ ਧਾਮ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਦਾ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਕਲਕੀ ਧਾਮ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਦੇ ਮਾਡਲ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਅਨਾਵਰਣ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਕਲਕੀ ਧਾਮ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਕਲਕੀ ਧਾਮ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਟਰੱਸਟ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਅਚਾਰੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਦ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਣਮ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਸੰਤ, ਧਰਮਗੁਰੂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਪਤਵੰਤੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
