ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਰਾਜ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੇ ਅਵਸਰ ‘ਤੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਮਧੂਬਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ 13,480 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਈ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ 22 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ, 2025 ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਮੌਨ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਅਵਸਰ ‘ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਰਾਜ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੇ ਅਵਸਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਮਿਥਿਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ‘ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਬਿਜਲੀ, ਰੇਲਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਨਫ੍ਰਾਸਟ੍ਰਕਚਰ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਅਵਸਰ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨਗੀਆਂ । ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਕਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਰਾਮਧਾਰੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਿਨਕਰ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਣਯਤਿਥੀ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਅਰਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ।17ਵੇਂ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਿਵਸ 'ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ-ਪਾਠ
