ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਮੇਠੀ ਸਾਂਸਦ ਖੇਲ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਯੋਗਿਤਾ (Amethi Sansad Khel Pratiyogita )2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਨਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਏਸ਼ਿਆਈ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਡਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਯੋਜਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਰੀਏ ਅਮੇਠੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੇਕ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਭੀ ਅਮੇਠੀ ਸਾਂਸਦ ਖੇਲ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਯੋਗਿਤਾ (Amethi Sansad Khel Pratiyogita) ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਖੇਡ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਯੋਗਿਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਐਥਲੀਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਨਵੀਂ ਊਰਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਤਮ-ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਜੋਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਹਤਰੀਨ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਪਿਛਲੇ 25 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜੋ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਪੋਰਟਿੰਗ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਬੜੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਤਾ (ਥਾਤੀ) ਹੈ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਅਵਸਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹਰ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ, ਕੋਚ, ਸਕੂਲ ਜਾਂ ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧੀ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਮਹਾਨ ਅਭਿਯਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯੁਵਾ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਤਸਾਹਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਰੇਖਾਂਕਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਅਧਿਕ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਜੁਟਣਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਬੜੀ ਬਾਤ ਹੈ । ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅਮੇਠੀ ਸਾਂਸਦ ਸਮ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਇਰਾਨੀ ਜੀ (Amethi MP Smriti Irani ji) ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਨੂੰ ਇਤਨਾ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ।
