State Bank of India donates Rs 2 crores to CM relief fund

State Bank of India has handed over a cheque of worth Rs. 2 crore to Gujarat chief minister Mr. Narendra Modi today. The SBI’s donation towards Chief Minister Relief Fund is meant for extending relief activities and assistance in those areas of the state affected by excessive rainfall. In recent past many areas of the state had witnessed very heavy rains.

Chief Minister Mr. Modi has praised this gesture of State Bank of India for the welfare of the people. On this occasion, other SBI officials who were present include for the cheque handover include SBI’s general managers Mr. Ravi Prakash, V S Shashtri and Subrata Sahu.
