A firm believer in communicating with the people through innovative ways, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called for ideas and suggestions from the people of India for an interaction with the Prime Minister through Radio. He has encouraged people to share their ideas on MyGov. (тАкhttps://nm4.in/WtxNUC )тАм
The PM shared on Twitter:
Let's connect on the Radio…want your ideas. https://t.co/9C4URtOP6t
— Narendra Modi (@narendramodi) September 6, 2014
The Prime Minister has sought ideas for the following aspects relating to the radio interaction:
• The name of the interaction. • The frequency of the interaction i.e. one a month, twice a month or more specific suggestions such as 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. • The format of the address and the topics it should cover.
Once again, the Prime Minister has called for inputs through MyGov, which has emerged as a focal point for creative contribution to other Ministries and Government departments as well. It may be recalled that the name and logo of the path breaking Jan Dhan Yojana was selected through MyGov. Infact, the Prime Minister himself felicitated those whose entries were finally selected.
Using Radio to interact with people across the length and breadth of India is a part of the PM’s determination to reach out to the length and breadth of India through innovative means. On 5th September 2014 the Prime Minister interacted with student across India through technology and answered questions directly from them. He remains a firm believer in the power of social media as well, often sharing thoughts through Facebook and Twitter.
