“ମହାନ ଭି.ଓ ଚିଦାମ୍ବରମଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କ ଜନ୍ମ ଜୟନ୍ତୀ ଅବସରରେ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି । ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ସଂଗ୍ରାମ ପ୍ରତି ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଅବଦାନ ପାଇଁ ଦେଶ ତାଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କୃତଜ୍ଞ । ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ପ୍ରଗତି ଓ ଆତ୍ମନିର୍ଭରଶୀଳତାକୁ ସେ ବେଶ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରୁଥିଲେ । ତାଙ୍କ ଆଦର୍ଶ ଆମକୁ ପ୍ରେରଣା ଯୋଗାଇ ଚାଲିଥିବ ।”
