“ଆଜି, ଜାତୀୟ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିବିଦ୍ୟା ଦିବସରେ, ଆମେ ଆମର ପ୍ରତିଭାବାନ୍ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ତଥା ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଉଦ୍ୟମକୁ କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ଜଣାଉଛୁ ଯାହା ୧୯୯୮ ରେ ସଫଳ ପୋଖରାନ୍ ପରୀକ୍ଷଣକୁ ଆଗେଇ ନେଇଛି । ଆମେ ଅଟଳ ଜୀଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱକୁ ଗର୍ବର ସହିତ ମନେ ପକାଉଛୁ ଯିଏ ଅସାଧାରଣ ରାଜନେିତିକ ସାହସ ଏବଂ ନେତୃତ୍ୱ ଦେଖାଇଥିଲେ ।”
