किसी भी देश में ये तीनों अंग जितने ज्यादा मजबूत होंगे, उतना ही वहां के नागरिक सुरक्षित रहेंगे और आपराधिक गतिविधियां नियंत्रण में रहेंगी: PM

इसी सोच के साथ बीते वर्षों में गुजरात में एक holistic अप्रोच के साथ इन तीनों स्तंभों को विकसित करने का कार्य शुरू हुआ था। 

रक्षा शक्ति यूनिवर्सिटी, नैशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी और फोरेंसिक साइंस यूनिवर्सिटी। 

यानि एक तरह से कानून-व्यवस्था से जुड़ा complete package: PM

उस स्थिति में, ये उतना ही महत्वपूर्ण हो जाता है कि हर व्यक्ति को ये ऐहसास हो कि अगर वो कुछ गलत करेगा, तो पकड़ा जरूर जाएगा: PM
