ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆଜି ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀଠାରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସହଜ ବିଜଲି ହର ଘର ଯୋଜନା (ସୌଭାଗ୍ୟ)ର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି  । ପ୍ରତିଘରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସେବା ପହଂଚାଇବା ଏହି ଯୋଜନାର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ  ।

ପଣ୍ଡିତ ଦୀନଦୟାଲ ଉପାଧ୍ୟାୟଙ୍କ ଜନ୍ମବାର୍ଷିକୀ ଅବସରରେ, ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ଓଏନଜିସିର ନୂଆ କୋଠା - ଦୀନଦୟାଲ ଉର୍ଜା ଭବନର ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ  ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ବାସେନ୍ ଗ୍ୟାସ ଫିଲ୍ଡ ଠାରେ ବୁଷ୍ଟର କମ୍ପ୍ରେସର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ସମର୍ପିତ କରିଥିଲେ  ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଉଦ୍ବୋଧନ ଦେଇ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଜନ ଧନ ଯୋଜନା, ବୀମା ଯୋଜନା, ମୁଦ୍ରା ଯୋଜନା, ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳା ଯୋଜନା ଏବଂ ଉଡାନ୍ ଆଦିର ସଫଳତା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ  । ଗରିବରୁ ଗରିବ ଲୋକଙ୍କ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଯୋଜନାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ କରୁଥିବା ସେ କହିଥିଲେ  ।

ଏହି ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସହଜ ବିଜଲୀ ହର ଘର ଯୋଜନା ଦ୍ୱାରା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନସୁଦ୍ଧା ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସେବାରୁ ବଂଚିତ ଥିବା ଆନୁମାନିକ 4 କୋଟି ପରିବାରକୁ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସଂଯୋଗ ଦିଆଯିବ  । ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ପାଇଁ ମୋଟ ବ୍ୟୟ ଅଟକଳ 16 ହଜାର କୋଟି ରଖାଯାଇଛି  । ଏହି ସଂଯୋଗ ଗରିବମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାଗଣାରେ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ  ।

ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସେ କିପରି 1,000 ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ 18,000 ରୁ ଅଧିକ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତସେବାରୁ ବଂଚିତ ଗ୍ରାମରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତକରଣ କରିବା ଲାଗି ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲେ  । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏବେ 3 ହଜାରରୁ କମ୍ ଗ୍ରାମରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସଂଯୋଗ କରାଯିବାକୁ ବାକି ରହିଛି  ।

ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ କିପରି କୋଇଲା ଅଭାବ ଅତୀତର କଥା ହୋଇସାରିଛି, ଏବଂ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଉତ୍ପାଦନରେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ କ୍ଷମତା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଠାରୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଧିକ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ହୋଇପାରୁଛି ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀକରଣଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଶକ୍ତି ସ୍ଥାପିତ କ୍ଷମତା ବୃଦ୍ଧିର କଥା କହିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ 2022 ସୁଦ୍ଧା 175 ଗିଗାୱାଟର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ହାସଲ ପାଇଁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ  । ସେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ଯେ ନବୀକରଣଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଶକ୍ତି ମାମଲାରେ ବିଜୁଳି ଶୁଳ୍କରେ ଦ୍ରୁତ ହ୍ରାସ ଆସିପାରିଛି । ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସମିଶନ୍ ଲାଇନରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏକ ମହତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୋଇଛି  ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ କିପରି ଉଦୟ ଯୋଜନାରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ବିତରଣ କମ୍ପାନୀଗୁଡ଼ିକର କ୍ଷତିକୁ କମ କରାଯାଇପାରିଛି  ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ନୂଆ ଭାରତକୁ ଏକ ନୂଆ ଶକ୍ତି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ପଡ଼ିବ ଯାହାକି ନିରପେକ୍ଷତା, ଦକ୍ଷତା ଓ ସ୍ଥିରତାର ସିଦ୍ଧାନ୍ତରେ କାମ କରିଥାଏ  । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସଂସ୍କୃତିରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଶକ୍ତି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ଦୃଢ଼ତା ମିଳିପାରୁଛି  । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ, ପ୍ରତିବଦଳରେ ଏହା ସାରା ଦେଶର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସଂସ୍କୃତିକୁ ସକାରାତ୍ମକ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ କରିବ  ।

Cabinet approves the Nutrient Based Subsidy rates for Rabi 2025- 26 on Phosphatic and Potassic fertilizers

The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, today approved the proposal of the Department of Fertilizers for fixing the Nutrient Based Subsidy (NBS) rates for RABI Season 2025-26 (from 01.10.2025 to 31.03.2026) on Phosphatic and Potassic (P&K) fertilizers. The tentative budgetary requirement for Rabi season 2025-26 would be approximately Rs. 37,952.29 crore. This is approximate Rs. 736 crore more than the budgetary requirement for Kharif season 2025.

The subsidy on P&K fertilizers including Di Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) and NPKS (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potash, Sulphur) grades will be provided based on approved rates for Rabi 2025-26 (applicable from 01.10.2025 to 31.03.2026) to ensure smooth availability of these fertilizers to the farmers at affordable prices.

Benefits:

  • Availability of fertilizers to farmers at subsidized, affordable and reasonable prices will be ensured.
  • Rationalization of subsidy on P&K fertilizers in view of recent trends in the international prices of fertilizers and inputs.

 

Background:

Government is making available 28 grades of P&K fertilizers including DAP to farmers at subsidized prices through fertilizer manufacturers/importers. The subsidy on P&K fertilizers is governed by NBS Scheme w.e.f. 01.04.2010. In accordance with its farmer friendly approach, the Government is committed to ensure the availability of P&K fertilizers to the farmers at affordable prices. In view of the recent trends in the international prices of fertilizers & inputs like Urea, DAP, MOP and Sulphur, Government has decided to approve the NBS rates for Rabi 2025-26 effective from O 1.10.2025 to 31.03.2026 on Phosphatic and Potassic (P&K) fertilisers including DAP and NPKS grades. The subsidy would be provided to the fertilizer companies as per approved and notified rates so that fertilizers are made available to farmers at affordable prices.
